JMI Properties/Santiago Partners, LLC is an affiliate of Milan Capital Management, which is a privately held real estate acquisition, development and management company based in Anaheim, CA.

Within the City of Orange, Milan and its investment entities own approximately 168 acres of undeveloped property including the Rio Santiago website, as well as a vacant and former 9-hole golf course site and the Mara Brandman Horse Arena in the Orange Park Acres community.
